By using this website or applying to the network you agree to these terms.

- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We assess applications at our discretion and may accept or decline any application for any lawful reason.

- We may update the network's offering, requirements or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
3. Your obligations
- Comply with all applicable laws and with the rules and guidelines of the social platforms you broadcast on.
- Only share content you own or have the necessary rights, licences and permissions to use, including music, footage and any featured people or brands.
- Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading or that promotes harm.
- Do not misrepresent your affiliation with us or use our brand without permission, and do not spam, harass or abuse other members or viewers.
- Keep your account information accurate and secure.
4. What we provide
We provide network membership, support, community access and opportunities as described on this website. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not guarantee any particular level of earnings, audience growth, feature placement or other outcome.
5. Your content and licence
You remain the owner of your content. However, you grant Pulse Wave Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use your name, handle, likeness and content solely to operate, verify and promote the network ā for example, featuring creators on this website or our social channels ā while your membership is active. On leaving the network you may ask us to stop future promotional use by contacting us; we will use reasonable efforts to comply.
You warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the network immediately if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if required by law, or if your conduct risks harm to the network, its members or its reputation. You may end your membership at any time by contacting us.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. The website is provided "as is". Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits, audience or opportunities), and our total liability arising out of the network is limited to Ā£100.

9. Governing law
