Build and manage your own TikTok LIVE creator team under the PulseWave Creator Network, with training, infrastructure and ongoing support behind you. Previous TikTok LIVE or agency experience is not essential: we are looking for motivated people who communicate well, are willing to learn and want to build something long-term.
This is not a traditional 9–5 position or a guaranteed salary. You are building your own creator operation under PulseWave, recruiting, supporting and developing your team.
What an agency partner is
A partner is a team leader. You recruit and develop a roster of live creators, set their schedules and standards, and take the lead on their day-to-day growth. PulseWave provides the umbrella: the brand, the network infrastructure, onboarding systems and a senior team to escalate to when you need it.

How agency-owner payouts work
Your team must reach 500,000 diamonds in a month to unlock agency-owner incentive payouts for that month. Once you reach that threshold, you receive 60% of all eligible incentives, including diamond, rank-up and activeness incentives. PulseWave retains 40% for operating costs and network overheads.
In any month when your team does not reach 500,000 diamonds, you receive no agency-owner incentive payout and PulseWave retains 100% of the eligible incentives. This is an agency/network incentive split, not a promise of 60% of creators’ personal earnings. Confirm incentive eligibility, reporting dates and payout timing before starting.

How it works
- Step 1 — Email Jamie with “AGENCY”. Tell us who you are, your experience, the size of any team you already run and what you want to build. You can also start from scratch.
- Step 2 — Intro call. A real conversation about fit, expectations and how a partnership would work.
- Step 3 — Launch your team. Agree terms in writing, onboard your first creators, and build with our support behind you.

Do I need a team already?
No. Some partners start with creators they know; others build from scratch. Ambition and leadership matter more than roster size on day one.
What does it cost?
Nothing up front. Confirm the commercial terms in writing before launching. Your team must reach 500,000 diamonds in a month to unlock your 60% share of eligible incentives; below that threshold PulseWave retains 100% for that month.
How is this different from joining as a creator?
Creators stream and grow. Partners build and lead teams of creators — recruiting, supporting and developing a roster.
How fast can this move?
As fast as the conversations deserve. Serious enquiries usually get a reply within a couple of working days.
